1. Overview
We want you to be fully satisfied with Forminos. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for paid subscriptions. We aim to be fair and transparent in all refund decisions.
2. Free Plan
The Forminos Free plan is available at no cost. Since no payment is involved, refunds do not apply to the Free plan.
3. Paid Subscriptions — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All paid Forminos subscriptions (Pro plan, quarterly or annual billing) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund:
Email billing@forminos.com with your account email and the reason for your request (optional). We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
4. After the 14-Day Period
After the initial 14-day period, refunds are generally not available. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- Service outage: If Forminos experienced extended downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) that materially impacted your ability to use the Service.
- Billing error: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error (e.g., duplicate charges, wrong plan amount).
- Unauthorized charge: If a charge was made without your authorization. We will investigate and refund if confirmed.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:
- You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan at the end of the billing cycle.
- Your forms and data will be preserved, though features exceeding Free plan limits will become read-only.
Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund. If you wish to request a refund in addition to cancelling, please contact our billing team.
6. Annual Plan Refunds
For annual subscriptions, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase. After the 14-day window, partial or prorated refunds for unused months are not available. You will retain access to the Service for the remainder of your annual billing period.
We strongly recommend starting with a quarterly plan or the Free plan to evaluate the Service before committing to an annual subscription.
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider:
- Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Bank transfer: 10–15 business days
8. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur fees and may result in immediate suspension of your account. We are happy to resolve any billing concerns quickly and fairly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
